MY PINCOD is not responsible for employment decisions made by employers.

5. Job Seeker Responsibilities

• Upload only documents they own or are authorized to share.
• Apply only for genuine employment opportunities.
• Communicate respectfully with employers.

Providing false information may result in account suspension.

6. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers agree that:

• All advertisements must comply with applicable laws.
• Advertisements are subject to review and approval.
• Payments are required before advertisements are published unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to reject or remove advertisements at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Use of such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

MY PINCOD acts as a technology platform connecting users.

We do not guarantee:

• Candidate selection.
• Employer credibility.
• Interview success.
• Business transactions between users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MY PINCOD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

14. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Engage in fraudulent activity.
